Office Administrator
Pay: £140-£160 per day Umbrella
Full-Time, Contract
Contract Length- 3 months, potential to be extended

Location: Bristol (Victoria Street)
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday (Office-based)

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our friendly and high-performing team. Our team thrives on collaboration, mutual support, and a great workplace culture. In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of our busy office, playing a key part in ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, taking initiative, and being a valued member of a close-knit team.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff and visitors
  • Deliver proactive and responsive customer service across the business
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues
  • Manage purchasing processes: raise purchase orders and submit goods receipts
  • Support business travel arrangements
  • Assist with general HR-related admin as needed
  • Perform a variety of routine office tasks including:
    • Managing internal and external correspondence
    • Maintaining accurate records and reports
    • Completing ad hoc administrative projects
  • Ensure the smooth running of office operations, including:
    • Liaising with suppliers and building management
    • Ordering and monitoring office supplies
    • Managing visitor logistics and courier services
    • Organising catering and small internal events
    • Supporting health & safety and office security procedures
 
What We're Looking For
 
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in office administration
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment with shared goals
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organised, self-motivated, and reliable
  • Positive, can-do attitude and flexible approach to tasks
  • Able to work independently and take initiative, especially when working solo in the office
 
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with SharePoint, SAP, or Workday
  • Understanding of GDPR and experience handling confidential information
  • Familiarity with basic office health & safety procedures
  • Experience in coordinating diaries, travel, or team logistics
