Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for staff and visitors
- Deliver proactive and responsive customer service across the business
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues
- Manage purchasing processes: raise purchase orders and submit goods receipts
- Support business travel arrangements
- Assist with general HR-related admin as needed
- Perform a variety of routine office tasks including:
- Managing internal and external correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Completing ad hoc administrative projects
- Ensure the smooth running of office operations, including:
- Liaising with suppliers and building management
- Ordering and monitoring office supplies
- Managing visitor logistics and courier services
- Organising catering and small internal events
- Supporting health & safety and office security procedures
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment with shared goals
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organised, self-motivated, and reliable
- Positive, can-do attitude and flexible approach to tasks
- Able to work independently and take initiative, especially when working solo in the office
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with SharePoint, SAP, or Workday
- Understanding of GDPR and experience handling confidential information
- Familiarity with basic office health & safety procedures
- Experience in coordinating diaries, travel, or team logistics
