Hourly Rate: £44.40 Umbrella to £53.90 Umbrella inside IR35
Hours: 37 Hours per week
Onsite: 3 days onsite per week
Length: 12 months

Roles and rates will vary.
The Job
- Develop and implement new manufacturing processes aligned with engineering plans and budgets
- Ensure processes comply with industry standards, including Lean, PFMEAs, and Process Control Plans
- Specify, qualify, and commission new equipment, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance
- Analyse and control process capability using statistical methods, including Six Sigma
- Coordinate supporting data, documentation, and design information via Product Lifecycle Management systems
- Support project activities, risk management, and process reviews
- Provide technical input into tendering and commissioning activities
- Deliver regular updates and presentations to stakeholders on process performance
Skills
- Strong technical and manufacturing background
- Proven experience in materials processing and process development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Knowledge of safety standards and safe systems of work
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
