We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Production Support Assistant. You will play a key role in assisting with production planning operations and ensuring all pre-requisites for production activities are met.

Key Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Access and ERP systems for planning tasks.
- Logical, analytical, and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support team members.
- Previous experience in a production planning or similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Assist in planning operations by using the Work Management Tool effectively.
- Ensure pre-requisites for the Yellow Board are achieved by liaising with Production Planners.
- Attach relevant documents, create work packs, and update locations, references, and work instructions.
- Maintain and manage production documentation and ensure all requirements are met for production readiness.
- Support stakeholders in gathering information to facilitate planning activities.
- Help create work packs for production, including printing drawings, reference materials, and ensuring work instructions are clear and complete.
