Role Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management of the Planning, Monitoring & Controls team, developing capability and providing clear direction.
- Build strong cross-organisation relationships (RR, Babcock, MOD, SDA, IPs) to ensure consistent baseline, ADE and change control alignment.
- Own and maintain the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and associated artefacts, ensuring full configuration control.
- Manage programme-level change control artefacts and ensure approved changes are accurately incorporated into the baseline.
- Implement assurance activities to validate the accuracy, quality and completeness of baseline and ADE inputs.
- Establish and continuously improve processes, tools and systems for baseline, change and ADE management across all parties.
- Drive integration and alignment of ADE processes across the programme, ensuring a coherent whole-programme view.
- Provide analysis and clear reporting of ADEs, baseline impacts, trends, ageing, categorisation and root-cause insights.
- Support cross-party assessment of change impacts and facilitate implementation of changes and opportunities.
- Interface with Finance to manage contingency draw-down through controlled change requests.
- Ensure high-quality data inputs and maintain consistent data standards and metrics across all parties.
