Senior Project Manager — Data & Digital Transformation
Location: HMNB Portsmouth (primary), plus MOD Abbey Wood, HMNB Devonport, HMNB Clyde
Lead a major data and digital transformation programme at Portsmouth Naval Base. Review the current data landscape, define future requirements, and design an integrated Common Data Environment to support a fully digital naval base by 2028.
Senior Project Manager — Infrastructure & Facilities
Location: HMNB Devonport (primary), plus MOD Abbey Wood
Lead critical infrastructure and facilities projects supporting Defence capability. Deliver large-scale programmes across waterfront and estate assets, ensuring compliance with key strategic objectives.
Recruitment Marketing & Onboarding PM
Location: MOD Main Building (primary), White City Scale Space
Join the Defence recruitment team to design and deliver attraction and onboarding strategies. Develop high-impact advertising, shape candidate experience, and embed inclusive, best-practice recruitment approaches.
