As part of a skilled engineering team, you will work across the full systems engineering lifecycle – including bid support, system design, integration, and customer delivery – contributing directly to national and international defence programs.

As part of a skilled engineering team, you will work across the full systems engineering lifecycle – including bid support, system design, integration, and customer delivery – contributing directly to national and international defence programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead systems engineering activities across the full development lifecycle: from concept through to delivery and acceptance.
- Produce specifications, develop integration plans, conduct verification, and support customer acceptance activities.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams (software, hardware, mechanical) and stakeholders to define system-level requirements.
- Deliver innovative product solutions based on advanced radar technologies.
- Prepare and present documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support bids and proposal writing.
- Travel within the UK and internationally may be required at short notice.
- Strong experience in systems design, integration, and test.
- Understanding of the full systems and product development lifecycle.
- Ability to work across engineering disciplines and coordinate technical activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Engineering degree (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
- Background in radar, naval systems, navigation equipment, or defence platforms is preferred but not essential
- UK Security Clearance or the ability to obtain it.
