Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams delivering engineering governance and assurance
- Maintain and improve operational frameworks, codes of practice, and audit schedules
- Ensure compliance with internal and external engineering and quality standards
- Support inspections, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote process standardisation, cultural change, and risk-based governance
- Proven experience managing engineering & quality governance in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder leadership and communication across disciplines
- Understanding of LCM, ISO 9001/45001, IEC 61508, and Defence Standards
- Experienced with SharePoint, Teamcenter, Jira, and RCA techniques
- Analytical mindset with process improvement focus
