Terminal Controller – COMAH – 12 month FTC
Clydebank based
£37,950 plus shift allowance (days/nights) and benefits
  
A number of Terminal Controllers are wanted on a 12 month FTC basis by a global client of ours who is at the forefront of their industry and going through a real period of growth. In this role, the successful candidate will ensure the safe and efficient receipt, dispatch and transfer of client products.
  
This is an initial 12 month FTC opportunity that includes a base salary of £37,950 plus shift allowance dependent upon experience and qualifications plus bonuses and benefits.
  
Overview of the Terminal Controller role:

• Ensure drivers comply with site safety rules on the loading bays whilst managing any driver queries at the bays and control room.
• Prepare product receipt lines before receipt of product and work in accordance with operating procedures for all aspects of shipping receipts.
• Carry out post pre/post receipt checks as per company procedures as well as monitoring and ensuring Contractor compliance.

  
Key skills required for the Terminal Controller role:

• Previous experience of working a variety of shift patterns and happy to work in inclement weather.
• Good communication and computer skills to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Possess a real attention to detail with a good level of education.
• Any previous experience in Fuel Terminal processes or working on an upper tier COMAH site would be highly advantageous.
