Urgent Bid Writer Contract Opportunities – Public Sector Projects
High-impact contract roles available for experienced Bid Writers ready to step into fast-paced, complex tender environments with immediate starts.
We’re seeking 2 specialists to support critical live bids across major UK infrastructure and regulated sectors. These roles offer strong day rates, fully remote working, and the opportunity for extended engagement across multiple programmes.
Role 1: Senior Bid Writer – Major Infrastructure / Regulated Projects
Experienced in public sector bidding with exposure to highly regulated environments (nuclear, defence, or similar large-scale infrastructure highly advantageous)
Role 2: Bid Writer – Rail / Logistics
Strong track record in rail, logistics, or transport infrastructure bid writing, ideally with experience across multi-stakeholder tender processes

Role 1: Senior Bid Writer – Major Infrastructure / Regulated Projects
- Immediate priority support on a live, high-profile infrastructure tender
- End-to-end contribution to full tender submissions and PSQs
- Working within a fast-moving bid team across complex, regulated requirements
- Strong likelihood of extension across additional upcoming bids
- Fully remote - Initial 6 weeks with potential 3–6-month extension
- Day rate: £400–£500 (Inside IR35)
Experienced in public sector bidding with exposure to highly regulated environments (nuclear, defence, or similar large-scale infrastructure highly advantageous)
Role 2: Bid Writer – Rail / Logistics
- Ongoing bid writing support across transport and logistics tenders
- Longer-term contract pipeline with consistent workload
- Remote working
- Day rate: £400–£500 (Inside IR35)
Strong track record in rail, logistics, or transport infrastructure bid writing, ideally with experience across multi-stakeholder tender processes
