Skills
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management
- ERP systems proficiency (LN, IFS, EMS preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience managing order books and resolving delivery/invoice issues
The Job
- End-to-end procurement management: from order placement to delivery and closure
- Engaging with suppliers to ensure delivery adherence, quality compliance, and issue resolution
- Leading order book reviews and managing data within ERP systems (LN, IFS, EMS)
- Monitoring performance metrics and escalating issues where needed
- Ensuring all contractual, legislative, and compliance requirements are met
