Project Manager Business Analyst
Contract: 6 Months
Based: Remote – with some travel to Barrow
Hourly Rate: £52.93 PAYE or £71.45 Umbrella inside IR35
37 Hours per week
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Project Manager / Business Analyst to join the BAE Systems Enterprise IT Transformation team, working on a critical Submarines Cyber Work Transfer Project. This project is a key enabler of Project Perseus, our major IT transformation programme.

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst within large, complex organisations
- Strong understanding of cyber security and IT transformation projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A resilient and proactive approach to working in high-pressure environments
The Job
- Develop, maintain, and report progress against the project plan
- Lead governance activities, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved
- Manage scope changes, re-baselining, and stakeholder expectations
- Create and maintain a comprehensive requirements catalogue and ensure traceability through to delivery
- Act as a Business Analyst, supporting process definition and documentation
- Drive service delivery to meet agreed targets and KPIs
- Promote ITIL good practice and continuous service improvement
- Lead and contribute to operational reviews and performance reporting
- Collaborate with the Transition Manager to ensure smooth project delivery
