Duration: 6 months (covering ongoing sick leave)

Join BAE Systems Maritime Services as a Lead Project Scheduler, where you'll act as the Business Unit's Planning & Scheduling Subject Matter Expert. In this key role, you'll lead the implementation of best-practice scheduling processes, maintain high-quality project lifecycle planning, and guide teams in delivering accurate, effective schedules across complex programmes.

As the primary expert for all scheduling matters, you will:
- Drive advanced project scheduling and reporting using Primavera P6/MSP
- Coach and support colleagues across multiple grades
- Lead risk-informed planning and support governance activities such as IBRs
- Improve and oversee planning processes, toolsets, and performance across the unit
- Provide specialist advice and deputise for the Project Controls & Planning Manager when required
