Project Scheduler
Contract: 12 Months
Based: Samlesbury
Hourly Rate: £25.30 PAYE or £33.95 umbrella inside IR35
Hours: 37 hours Monday – Friday
Onsite 3-4 DAYS PER WEEK
The Project Scheduler will support US Programmes within BAE Systems and will report to the USP Master Scheduler. The role involves maintaining and updating programme master schedules in line with internal governance, local policies, and US Government requirements.

Skills:
- Experience using scheduling tools, particularly Open Plan Professional (OPP) and Microsoft Project
- Confident in presenting scheduling information in meetings
- Existing security clearance is desirable
- Experience in Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) would be an advantage
The Job
- Maintain and update programme master schedules, including baseline updates in line with Earned Value (EV) cycle deadlines
- Perform schedule health metrics in accordance with DCMA requirements
- Produce and maintain schedule narrative packs
- Provide ad hoc reporting to support Project Management
- Operate at the appropriate level of responsibility for the role
