Hourly Rate: £41.85 PAYE or £56.41 Umbrella inside IR35
4 days onsite per week
37 hours Monday - Friday

The job will include:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams
- Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritise product backlogs
- Remove delivery impediments and help teams overcome obstacles
- Coach teams in Agile and Scrum best practices, supporting continuous improvement and increasing Agile maturity
- Build a collaborative, psychologically safe environment where teams can openly raise challenges and continuously improve
- Use delivery metrics and team data to identify successes, trends and opportunities for improvement
- Support effective communication between delivery teams and key stakeholders
- Promote Lean and Agile principles across the wider programme
Key Skills
- At least 3 years' experience working within Agile delivery teams
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile and Lean methodologies
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence (Atlassian Suite), SharePoint and Microsoft Office
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
