Senior Project Controller – BAE Systems Location: Warton
Contract: 12 Months
Rate: £30.54 per hour PAYE or 41.06 via umbrella (inside IR35)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Working Pattern: Minimum 3 days onsite per week
Security: BPSS & SC in progress
The Opportunity BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Project Controller to support projects within the Air Sector at Warton.
The successful candidate will provide project controls support across areas including scheduling, performance monitoring, change, risk and Earned Value Management.

Additional Information The role requires a minimum of 3 days onsite at Warton, with this potentially increasing depending on the project. Candidates must be able to work onsite as required.

- Monitor project performance and provide trend analysis.
- Operate project control systems and identify performance issues.
- Create and maintain project schedules.
- Drive ownership of project work scopes and tasks.
- Manage scope, change and budgets.
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
- Manage project risks and opportunities.
- Work with teams across multiple business functions.
- Experience operating project control systems.
- Strong project scheduling experience.
- Experience in risk, opportunity and change management.
- Experience applying Earned Value Management.
- Ability to monitor project performance and identify issues.
