Head of Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting
London (hybrid working model)
£100,000 - £120,000 plus bonus, car allowance and benefits.
Outsource UK has partnered with a global organisation who are looking for a Head of Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting to join them. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a Finance team to deliver financial planning and analysis based on medium and long-term budgets and forecasts to the required company standard and timescales,
This is a permanent opportunity that will be based in our client's London office however they have adopted a hybrid approach with three days in the office and two days working from home per week.

- Ensure all Financial Reporting, Planning, and Analysis activities meet business reporting standards, providing quality financial information to management teams to enable the effective management of the business.
- Ensure that all Financial reporting is accurate, timely, and complete in line with company standards.
- Develop and improve existing Reporting, Planning, and Analysis processes, procedures, and systems.
- Help to manage and develop the existing FP&A team.
