Property Project Coordinator
Birmingham based (flexible working available)
£30,000 - £33,000
Outsource UK is recruiting on behalf of a global client of ours who is looking to recruit a Project Coordinator for a global client of ours, who are growing at an exponential rate. The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of activities relating to the onboarding of new clients and properties for my client’s portfolio.
An overview of the Project Coordinator role:
- Maintain accurate records of these project activities, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Generate regular reports to track progress and identify any issues or deviations from plans.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues or risks.
- Experience delivering to deadlines from concept to implementation across a variety of stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- Experience maintaining records, for example including contracts, budgets, schedules, and compliance documentation etc.
- Demonstrable experience of the ability to multi-task and respond to changing priorities across different projects and mobilisations being run in parallel.
- Proficient in Excel data analysis and reporting and the remainder of MS Office
